Sealed or Ported subwoofer box?

I drive an 08 Honda Civic LX Sedan and I have already replaced the factory speakers with Rockford Fosgate's but now I'm wanting to add some subs. I mainly listen to screamo music (Asking Alexandria, Haste the Day, We Came As Romans etc) I don't really want 12's but thinking along the lines of 10's. But for my music genre, would a sealed or ported box be best or does it even matter?
