Converting rear drum brakes to disc on 96 honda accord lx?

I have a 96 honda accord lx that has the front disc brakes but not the back. The back are drum brakes and i would like to convert them to disc. If i could get any help from anyone i would like to know what all i would need to do it, where i would and could get the parts. and how hard it would be. Thanks!
